Our Curriculum

Science

The Science Department offers courses in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics with a wide variety of electives including Anatomy, Environmental Science, Engineering, and Forensics. Students commonly analyze data, formulate scientific conclusions, and develop literacy through a variety of scientific practices and literature. All courses incorporate both traditional and inquiry based labs in to the classroom experience.

Freshmen are initially placed in Physical Science, Biology or Biology Honors based upon the Entrance Exam and 7th and 8th Grade Reports. Variations may exist within the course sequences.
